Did the Giants turn into the Jets overnight or something? Since when does a team that starts 5-0 (say what you want about their schedule but they beatdown Dallas and crushed everyone else) go 0-4 for the next four games? Losing to the Saints, OK Im cool with that because they’ll be in the Super Bowl against the Colts anyway. Losing to AZ drives me insane because we should have had our way with that geriatric. Losing to Philly is almost palpable (Yes, I just threw up in my mouth) because they’re on a tear right now. But, losing to the Chargers going into a bye week is a crock of horse shit and the Giants have to wreck shop the rest of the season.
We can all say how great the Giants played against a tough San Diego team, yeah I get it, but who gives a shit? Bottom line is that the team didn’t get the fucking job done. I dont care if Eli threw for 5000 yards today, the Giants still lost because the defense blew it again. Its been a long time since we could say that our defense was about solid as Curt Schilling’s stomach…its completely sickening.
