Per John Heyman, SI the Yankees are interested in John Lackey….shocker.

Last time I saw a line like this it read “Yankees Interested In Sabathia” and we know how that worked out. A rotation of CC, AJ, Lackey, Wang and Pettitte would be all but unstoppable. If the Yankees got Lackey I would grab my seat in the Canyon of Heroes by April first to make sure I had a good view for the parade. Matsui is gone and Damon might be too, so the cash is definitely freeing up to go out and get this guy. We all know when the Yankees want someone, they get him. Fuck everyone, lets run this bitch. #28 here we come!
